Rapid changes in technology, data, demographics and the economy are having a profound impact on the field of public service. How can we, as a region, not only adapt to change but excel?
Join us on June 14 for our 23rd annual Regional Assembly, where keynote speaker Thomas W. Ross, president of the Volcker Alliance, will share his ideas about the future of public service and strategies for regional collaboration:
- Building strong partnerships across sectors – aligning public agencies, nonprofits and civic leadership to find effective solutions to community problems.
- Winning the race for talent – creating strong collaborations between government agencies and universities to cultivate a talent pipeline for the public sector workforce.
- Getting results that matter – working together on a common agenda and across boundaries to achieve results that make a difference in people’s lives.
The Regional Assembly will take place at the Westin Crown Center Hotel in Kansas City on Friday, June 14, from 11:30 to 1:30. Register online or call 816-701-8234.
